Prefects Handover & Swearing-In Ceremony

A momentous day as Uphill College Kigoma passes the mantle of leadership to a new cohort of student leaders. Under the guidance of our Director, Mary Kabesiime, the solemn ceremony was honored by the presence of our Chief Guest, the RDC of Bushenyi, who encouraged the newly elected council to lead with integrity, discipline, and vision.
