Advocate for Girl Child Education & Mentorship

Our Director, Mary Kabesiime, is deeply passionate about the empowerment of the girl child. Believing that "when you educate a girl, you educate a nation," she has spearheaded numerous initiatives at Uphill College to ensure every girl feels safe, mentored, and inspired to reach the top.

Bursaries & Scholarships
She oversees a robust scholarship program for bright but underprivileged students, ensuring that financial barriers do not stop talent.

Dedicated Mentorship
Through weekly "Sister-to-Sister" sessions, she provides guidance on career, hygiene, and leadership for our female students.

"My mission is to ensure that no child—especially the girl child—is left behind. Through our bursary schemes and mentorship, we are building mothers of the future who are confident and self-reliant."
